About MBPP Ltd.
We are MBPP Ltd., short for Mutual Benefit Premier Properties Ltd. We are a Kano-based real estate company serving clients across Kano and other Northern States. We help individuals, families, investors, and diaspora clients buy, sell, rent, and invest in verified houses, flats, lands, and development projects.
What We Do
Our work covers property sourcing, inspection support, title and ownership review, negotiation support, agreement coordination, payment documentation, and handover. We focus on making property transactions safer, clearer, and more accountable.
Why We Started
The company was founded in 2025 by Engr. Ahmad Abubakar, PhD, to address common challenges in the property market, including fake listings, unclear ownership, unreliable agents, and poor buyer protection. MBPP Ltd. was created to give buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors a more trusted way to complete real estate transactions.
Where We Operate
MBPP Ltd. is headquartered in Kano. Our office, management team, core operations, and local agent network are based in Kano. We also serve clients across other Northern States through trusted agents, verified partners, and digital property listings.

Our goal is simple: to connect clients with genuine properties, support transparent transactions, and deliver lasting value through professional real estate services.
How we work
Three things we will not skip.

We visit every property before listing it
Someone from our team goes to the property, takes the photos, and writes the description. If we have not been there, the listing does not go up.

We meet every agent we work with
There is no online signup. An agent joins our network through someone we already work with, and we meet them in person before they list anything.

The commission split is in the deal record
Agent, ambassador, and MBPP each get a line in the deal. The client can see what everyone is being paid. No side fees, no hidden extras.
